Raindrops Rising Upwards

Create a 15-second photorealistic vertical smartphone video on an ordinary city street after sunset. A young woman walks through light rain while holding a small umbrella. Suddenly, individual raindrops begin rising upward from the pavement into the sky instead of falling down. She stops and looks around in confusion as puddles slowly become dry while hundreds of droplets float upward around her. Natural human reaction, realistic water physics, authentic handheld phone footage, believable street lighting, subtle camera movement, cinematic realism, no text, no logos, no recognizable brands.
