Wide-Angle Fisheye Tokyo Portrait

Photograph of the attached model, taken with an 8mm ultra-wide-angle fisheye lens, which drastically distorts her perspective. The shot is from a subjective point of view, with the camera very close to the subject. The background is a narrow, steep alley in location, flanked by buildings with metal shutters covered in heavy graffiti (including the text graffiti_text visible on the left). Barrel distortion curves all straight lines. Dark, circular vignetting surrounds the edge of the frame. Sharp focus on the eyes, with a very shallow depth of field that quickly blurs the background towards the edges. Bright, natural midday lighting creates specular reflections on the shutter and the shirt. Textures are highly detailed and contrasted.
