Teenage Sketchbook Caricature Effect

Keep the exact same pose of the reference image, composition, and people the same. Make the characters slightly caricatured with bigger eyes, expressive faces, funny details, and lively imperfect lines. Add chaotic doodles around them such as hearts, arrows, stars, funny notes, meme phrases, sarcastic and ironic comments, and random thoughts in the style of a teenage sketchbook diary.
