Surreal Blue Fish Hat Portrait

Create a surreal high-fashion studio portrait on a pure white background: a slender subject shown from the upper torso upward in side profile facing left, with her face deliberately covered by a flat opaque rectangular privacy block in muted taupe. On her head rests an enormous vivid fish_species like an extravagant sculptural hat, oriented horizontally with its head to the left and tail to the right, much larger than the human head. The fish is hyper-detailed and glossy, painted in electric cobalt, turquoise, cyan, ultramarine, and hints of violet, with visible scales, fins, round eye, slightly open mouth, dorsal fin, tail fin, and wet reflective texture. Surround the fish and figure with energetic abstract paint splashes, drips, tangled ink lines, and thin looping splatter strands in accent_colors, as if liquid paint is exploding and running downward from the fish, hair, neck, and clothing. The subject has messy dark wet hair, visible ear, long neck, and wears a dark blue-black shirt or jacket covered in the same colorful paint. Use crisp editorial lighting, high-resolution photorealistic detail mixed with expressive acrylic splash art, strong contrast, clean negative space, and a vertical poster composition. Add a small handwritten artist signature and date in the lower right reading signature_and_date.
