Retro Grunge Spiral Poster

Create a graphic design image in a retro poster_style style. The model from the attached image is in the center. The background is a dynamic, concentric spiral vortex of first_color and second_color. Apply a textured print effect with coarse grain, distressed edges with splashes, and halftone line patterns that envelop the scene. Use a limited color palette: bright light blue, white, and dark blue. The overall effect is high visual energy, static, and powerful.
