Retro Anime Rooftop Lunch Scene

Create a nostalgic 1990s Japanese OVA anime cel scene on a school rooftop in a 16:9 frame, with soft analog film grain, slight VHS blur, muted blue color grading, hand-painted backgrounds, and thin ink outlines. Show exactly two teenage students sitting side by side on the concrete rooftop near the lower center of the image: one male_student_uniform boy on the left with short black hair, knees bent, holding chopsticks and a small lunch box, and one female_student_uniform girl on the right with shoulder-length dark hair, also holding chopsticks and a lunch box. Their faces are intentionally obscured by two soft square pixelated blur blocks, one over each face, while their poses remain natural and calm. Behind them is a rooftop chain-link fence spanning the width of the frame, a low concrete parapet, distant school rooftop structures, a cylindrical silver water tank on a metal platform at the right, and a bright clear sky_color sky with a few pale clouds. Use a low eye-level camera angle from across the rooftop ledge, leaving a large empty concrete foreground occupying the lower third. The mood should feel quiet, intimate, and retro, like a paused frame from a 90s slice-of-life anime OVA. Avoid modern digital sharpness, avoid text, avoid logos, and keep the composition simple with exactly two visible people and exactly two lunch boxes.
