Rainy Anime Fence Escape

Create a cinematic dark anime action illustration of character_name vaulting over a tall chain-link security fence topped with barbed wire during a heavy nighttime rainstorm. She has short messy hair_color hair tied into a small low side ponytail, a tense athletic body, and a determined covert-ops posture; her face is obscured in shadow. She wears a black sleeveless tank top, black tactical shorts, black combat boots, and a simple wristband. Her right arm is stretched backward holding a compact black handgun, her left hand grips the top rail of the fence, one knee is raised high over the wire, and the other leg extends downward as she climbs across. Set the scene at location with a dark watchtower on the left, glowing square floodlights, wet metal railings, distant industrial silhouettes, and a stormy cloud-filled sky. Use dramatic low-angle composition, wide cinematic framing, diagonal fence lines, rain streaks, wet reflections, cold blue-gray lighting, high contrast shadows, gritty suspenseful atmosphere, detailed anime line art, realistic proportions, dynamic motion, and a tense espionage prologue mood.
