Rainbow Pop Idol Manga Transformation

Using the provided reference photo as the character base, transform it into a high-energy, full-body shoujo manga / pop-idol illustration. Preserve the rainbow hair as the defining feature and keep the square face-obscuring block in place. Change the pose to a dynamic jumping idol pose: one arm raised making a peace sign, the other hand clenched near the chest, and one leg lifted. Replace the bar setting and white shirt with a colorful stage-idol outfit: a pink varsity-style jacket, bow-trimmed crop top, pleated pink/yellow/purple skirt, belt and chain accessories, bracelets, large polka-dot hair bow, fishnet thigh-high, striped leg warmers, and chunky sneakers. Add a saturated comic-pop background with halftone dots, lightning-burst shapes, hearts, and stars. Include exactly 2 large comic sound-effect captions: top_left_caption and bottom_right_caption. Use bold outlines, glossy highlights, neon pink/yellow/blue colors, exaggerated cute proportions, and a polished Japanese少女漫画 illustration finish.
