Neon Cosmic Anime Portrait

Create a vertical 2:3 digital painting portrait of a young woman with hair_color, turning her bare shoulder toward the viewer while looking back over it with a soft, melancholic expression. Her face is close to the camera, delicate and luminous, with flushed cheeks, parted glossy lips, fine eyelashes, and large reflective eyes containing tiny star-like multicolor highlights. Strands of windblown hair cross her face and eyes, creating an intimate, slightly chaotic composition. The background is an abstract cosmic darkness filled with energetic paint splashes, glowing particles, and nebula-like strokes, split between fiery red-orange light on the left and deep electric blue-violet light on the right. Use dramatic rim lighting: warm red highlights catching the left side of her hair and skin, cool blue highlights along the right side and shoulder, with painterly brush texture, high contrast, rich saturated color, and a dreamy cinematic anime-realism style. Her clothing is mostly hidden, suggesting a simple black sleeveless top or dress. Add a small elegant artist mark in the bottom-right corner with the date date_text and a handwritten signature signature_text. No other text, no frame, no watermark beyond the small signature.
