Modernize Anime Art

Using the provided reference image, transform the artwork into a high-resolution modern anime style. Keep the character's pose, outfit details (white and black dress with gold accents), and the running cat exactly as they are in the original. Upgrade the rendering quality to be crisp and vibrant, adding realistic lighting effects such as a sun flare in the upper right corner and detailed shadows on the pavement. Enhance the background textures of the stone wall and foliage to look more polished and contemporary.
