Godzilla in Tokyo Skytree District, 70s Style

Please create a realistic photo in the style of a sci-fi monster movie, low angle, of a giant, 70s-style Japanese Godzilla standing on a wide national road with three lanes on one side, in the high-rise district of Tokyo where the Tokyo Skytree is visible, under a cloudy, hazy sky. Godzilla is glaring directly at the camera. Aspect ratio 16:9.
