Electric Blue Yokai Woman Portrait

Create a single-panel vertical anime-style portrait of character_name shown from the chest up in left-facing profile, head tilted slightly upward with a calm, distant expression. She has luminous pure white hair in a loose low bun, with wispy bangs and flyaway strands glowing like overexposed light; one dark hairpin pierces the bun horizontally and has a small dangling chain with a tassel. Her skin and robe are deep electric blue, filled with storm-cloud textures and branching white lightning veins, as if her body is made of a living thunderstorm. She wears a traditional kimono with a pale collar and layered folds, the fabric blending into cloud patches and lightning streaks. Use an intense cyan-blue rim light tracing the entire silhouette, high contrast against a nearly black charcoal background. The composition is centered slightly right, with the face on the left third and the bright hair dominating the upper right. Style: cinematic Japanese anime illustration, ethereal supernatural villain energy, soft painterly edges, glowing bloom, volumetric light, delicate linework, dramatic darkness, no extra characters, no readable text except an optional tiny artist-signature-like scribble in the top right. Color palette should be black, electric blue, cyan, and pure white. Make the image feel like a beautiful thunder spirit inspired by mood_reference.
