Cartoon Polar Bear on Ice Floe

Create a simple hand-painted cartoon illustration of a animal standing in profile on a large floating ice floe in the Arctic Ocean. The bear should face left with a stern, slightly angry expression, round ears, black nose, small black eyes with thick outlined brows, a short natural neck, sturdy legs, and a rounded white body, drawn with bold black outlines and creamy off-white brush-textured fur. Use a childlike acrylic or gouache painting style with visible brush strokes, flat graphic shapes, and slightly imperfect edges. The scene contains exactly 1 bear, exactly 1 large foreground ice floe under the bear, exactly 6 smaller floating ice chunks in the surrounding water, and exactly 2 white blocky clouds in the sky. Set the background as a bright cyan-blue sky above a dark blue ocean with a straight horizon line, high saturation, simple composition, no text, no watermark, no realism, and a cheerful handmade picture-book look.
