Blue-Haired Water Spirit Portrait

Create a luminous vertical anime-style close-up illustration of an ethereal androgynous young man named character_name floating on his back in clear shallow water, viewed from above at a slight diagonal. He has very pale skin, delicate features, long wet hair_color hair spread through the water with one thick braid crossing down the lower center, soft eye_color eyes half open, long lashes, and a dreamy parted-mouth expression while one slender hand rests near his lips. He wears a loose translucent clothing that blends into the rippling water. Surround him with exactly two orange-and-white koi fish, one near the upper right and one near the lower left, exactly three white lotus blossoms, one large at the bottom foreground, one at the left side, and one partially visible near the upper right, plus exactly seven clear floating water bubbles catching highlights. The mood is serene, fragile, and beautiful, with sparkling caustic light patterns across his face, hair, robe, and the water surface. Use a cool blue and white palette with subtle peach accents on the koi, ultra-detailed anime rendering, fine hair strands, glassy reflections, soft watercolor-like transparency, high-key lighting, gentle bloom, no text, no border, no watermark.
