Blue Decora Anime Girl Poster

Create a high-energy vertical anime fashion illustration of character_name, a cute rebellious teenage girl in a blue, white, and black decora streetwear look, viewed from a dramatic high angle as she leans toward the viewer on a clean white background. She has glossy hair_color hair in messy twin buns with long loose strands and straight bangs, big blue eyes, one eye winking, her tongue playfully sticking out, and one hand pulling down her lower eyelid in a cheeky pose. Dress her in layered blue-and-white Harajuku/decora clothes: striped long sleeves, white shirt with blue polka dots, blue plaid mini skirt with lace trim, stacked necklaces, star earrings, hair clips, plush charms, bracelets, rings, patterned knee socks, leg garters, and chunky blue platform sneakers covered in stars, patches, ribbons, and charms. Use a vivid cobalt blue, white, black, and small hot-pink/yellow accent palette with extremely detailed linework, glossy highlights, halftone dots, paint splashes, swooshes, stars, lightning bolts, scribbles, checkerboard accents, and sticker-like graphics surrounding her. Include exactly 8 floating mascot doodles around the character: 1 blue angel bunny at the upper left with a yellow halo, 1 white ghost creature inside a blue starburst at the upper right, 1 dark blue smiling blob at the left middle, 1 blue octopus with X eyes at the right middle, 1 blue fluffy mascot in a yellow explosion at the lower left, 1 small pink plush creature attached near the skirt, 1 pink bug-like face at the lower right, and 1 white bunny-like creature at the lower right. Add a small handwritten signature area in the bottom right reading date_text and signature_text. Style: ultra-detailed modern Japanese anime, crisp ink, dynamic poster composition, playful chaotic kawaii-punk energy, clean white margins, no photo realism, no extra text beyond the signature and date.
