Blonde Beach Anime Girl with Ice Cream

Create a polished anime-style close-up summer portrait of character_name, a glamorous young woman with hair_color at a bright tropical beach café. The composition is a tight vertical bust shot from slightly above, with turquoise ocean, blue sky, palm trees, and a wooden seaside railing blurred in the background. She wears a navy blazer with gold trim over an open white shirt and a large navy ribbon bow, with a gold chain necklace holding a blue star pendant and matching dangling star earrings. Her skin is sunlit and glossy with water droplets on her neck and chest, suggesting she just came from the beach or pool. In the lower right foreground, show a paper cup holding pink speckled ice cream scoops, and in the lower left foreground show a hand holding a rectangular card or note toward the viewer. The card is positioned directly in front of her face, completely covering the facial features with a plain peach-beige rectangle, while her hair, ears, jewelry, shoulders, and outfit remain visible around it. Use vibrant saturated colors, high-detail anime rendering, soft depth of field, sparkling highlights, warm sunlight, and a playful summer vacation mood.
