Anime Schoolgirl Under Clear Umbrella

Create a vertical anime-style illustration of character_name standing alone in the rain, viewed from a high overhead angle as if the camera is looking down at her. She has long flowing hair_color and wears a neat Japanese school uniform: navy blazer, white shirt, green striped tie, pleated navy skirt, black tights, and glossy black loafers. Her face is intentionally hidden by a soft square blur or featureless censor block, while her posture remains gentle and calm as she looks upward. She holds a large transparent vinyl umbrella with visible metal ribs and a curved black handle; the umbrella surface is covered in raindrops and sparkling highlights. The setting is a wet stone walkway after heavy rain, with puddles reflecting a bright blue sky, white clouds, surrounding greenery, and a diagonal rainbow reflection across the lower foreground. Add a dark railing along the right side, leafy green shadows in the upper right, scattered raindrops, ripples, and mirror-like pavement reflections. Use a polished Japanese anime / light-novel key visual style, highly detailed water effects, luminous blue-gray rainy atmosphere, soft sunlight breaking through clouds, cinematic composition, delicate linework, and no text or watermark.
