Anime Post-Apocalyptic Scavenger Kids

Create a stylized anime / manga illustration of two young post-apocalyptic scavenger kids sitting side by side on a cracked concrete wall in a ruined city under a bright blue sky. The scene has exactly 2 human characters and 1 small cat. The left character is a sleepy blond child with messy pale hair, half-closed eyes, and a white oversized hooded poncho shaped like a strange creature skin, with black spots, circular eye-like markings, and a tall cylindrical canister or launcher strapped vertically behind the head; they hold 1 long black futuristic rifle standing upright between their knees, wear dark shorts, white socks, chunky green sneakers, and knee pads. The right character is a calm gray-haired child with a short bob haircut, half-closed eyes, and a white skull-like animal helmet with 2 large orange eye holes and little teeth along the brim; they wear a blue jacket over black layers, a gray scarf, tactical straps, a tan backpack covered in patches, olive pants with knee pads, white socks, and oversized orange boots. Place the 1 cat at the lower right, sitting beside the wall, dark charcoal gray with pointed ears, yellow eyes, and a mildly annoyed expression. The background should show a sparse ruined urban skyline with exactly 2 visible tall ruined buildings, broken wall slabs, scattered debris, small flying rubble pieces, 1 black bird silhouette, and puffy white clouds. Use clean thick black outlines, flat cel shading, pastel colors, exaggerated oversized shoes and gear, cute but gritty sci-fi adventure energy, vertical portrait composition, low-angle view, no photorealism, no text, no watermark. Customize the main details with character_duo, left_character_hair_color, right_character_helmet, weapon, and setting.
