Anime Girl Made of Water

Create a vertical anime-style digital illustration of a young girl made entirely of water. The character has short, bob-cut hair that appears to be formed from splashing water with pink and blue hues at the tips. Her eyes are large, clear, and blue, resembling water droplets. She wears a dress made of flowing, transparent liquid water that swirls around her body like fabric. Her legs and feet are also composed of water, standing barefoot in a shallow pool of water that reflects the sky above. Surrounding her are numerous floating water droplets and bubbles of various sizes. The background is a soft, dreamy sky filled with fluffy white clouds and bright sunlight filtering through, creating a high-key, ethereal lighting effect. The overall color palette consists of cool blues, whites, and soft pinks.
