Anime Girl in Emergency Stairwell

Create a vertical 9:16 anime-style illustration set inside a dim industrial emergency stairwell at night. The camera is a high-angle first-person point of view looking down at a teenage girl standing on a metal diamond-plate stair landing, reaching toward the viewer and holding the viewer's hand in the foreground. She wears a short-sleeved white button-up school blouse with a collar, a dark olive-black layered ruffle skirt, and a loose blue-gray ribbon tied at the waist. Her hair_color hair is shoulder length with bangs and side locks, slightly messy, catching cool overhead light. Add a large opaque square censor block over the center of her face, filled with a soft muted brown-to-pink gradient, hiding all facial features. The setting includes exactly 4 major stairwell elements: gray concrete walls, silver metal safety railings, textured steel floor panels, and one glowing emergency wall lamp near the lower left casting warm yellow light. Use dramatic cinematic anime lighting with cool blue-gray shadows, warm lamp glow, detailed line art, subtle film-grain texture, and a slightly intimate emotional mood as if she is guiding the viewer up or down the emergency stairs. Keep the composition tight, with her torso and skirt dominant in frame, one of her hands extended toward the viewer, the viewer's hand visible at bottom center, and no text or watermark.
