Aerial Steampunk Workshop Transformation

Using the provided reference image, transform the portrait into a highly detailed, top-down aerial view of the subjects working in a cluttered steampunk inventor's workshop. Preserve the exact facial features and clothing colors of the three individuals (the man in the white t-shirt, the older woman in cream, and the younger woman in a sleeveless cream dress) while repositioning them around a large wooden table. Populate the table with aged parchment blueprints featuring technical sketches of an ornate machine, scattered brass gears, precision drafting tools, and a magnifying glass. The scene should be illuminated by a warm, glowing hanging light bulb from above. Apply a vibrant watercolor splash effect to the outer edges of the composition, blending colorful pigments like red, blue, and yellow into a textured paper background.
