90s Anime Style Portrait Transformation

Take this photograph and turn it into a era anime-style portrait. Use the aesthetic of that era, especially the visual design of female anime characters. Aim for something between style_reference_1 and style_reference_2. Use muted, desaturated colors. Preserve the facial features from the photograph, but adapt them to the anime style of that time period. The character should appear strong-willed and rebellious, with a bold attitude.A cigarette in her mouth is acceptable.
