4-panel Japanese gag manga about Nanami eating ramen

Create a Japanese 4-panel gag manga showing this young Japanese woman, “character_name,” eating dish. Design the composition so it doesn’t become just a face-focused comic. Arrange four panels vertically. Place the dialogue as vertical text, readable from right to left.
