VTuber-style street-fashion thumbnail from a city photo

Have the person standing on the ground, but you don’t need to show the ground. Add a character that matches this background, and make it a character that would work as a VTuber. I want a stylish thumbnail. Make the design similar to what you often see with VTubers. Use bold, street-style fonts for the text. The text should feel like a feature in a fashion magazine. Use a vertical composition. Start image generation.
