Mini Sick Woman in Water Glass

Create a highly realistic cinematic photorealistic vertical image of a sick miniature subject trapped inside a clear glass of water on a bedside table at night. The subject is tiny, sitting curled up at the bottom of the tumbler with bare feet, wearing dark navy satin pajamas with light piping, long wavy brown hair slightly messy, and a white cooling strip or bandage across the forehead. Her expression is tired, feverish, and melancholy, with one cheek resting on her hand as she looks toward the camera. The glass is filled with transparent water and many visible tiny air bubbles, with realistic refraction and distortion through the curved glass, highlights on the rim, and warm reflections on the wooden tabletop. Surround the glass with exactly 6 bedside sickness items: 1 warm cream table lamp on the left, 1 blue-and-white tissue box on the left, 1 blister pack of silver pills in the lower left, 1 loose white capsule near the pills, 1 white digital thermometer in the lower right displaying temperature_reading, and 1 crumpled white tissue near a dark blue mug. Add exactly 1 dark blue ceramic mug on the right decorated with a yellow crescent moon and small yellow stars. Background should be a cozy dim bedroom with shallow depth of field, a blurred alarm clock and plant in the distance, warm amber lamp light mixed with cool blue nighttime shadows. Use a macro cinematic composition, vertical 9:16 aspect ratio, ultra-detailed glass and water physics, realistic skin texture, natural facial features, moody warm lighting, 50mm lens look, f/1.8 bokeh, high dynamic range, no text except the thermometer display, no watermark, no extra people.
