Funny Ugly Meme Doodle Drawing

Turn this photo into a style. Make it look like a quick sketch using a tool. Messy, rough, child-like style, bad perspective and awkward proportions. Slightly exaggerated facial features. Add a simple cartoon background, random sketchy lines and details. Uneven coloring and visible strokes. The style looks like a lazy drawing, not polished but humorous and a bit stupid looking, meme-like and casual. Do not make it realistic.
