Character to Ball-Jointed Doll Conversion

Please turn the character in the image into a photorealistic, delicate, and beautiful ball-jointed doll. Stand the doll on a table against a natural room background with a blurred effect. Place a miniature house on the table with a theme based on "color" and a "vibe". Cinematic lighting, image size: 9:16.
