Vintage Family Road Trip Newspaper Poster

Prompt

5 blanks to fill

Goal: Create a vintage illustrated newspaper-front-page travel poster celebrating {character_name}'s 40th birthday road trip, with a bold family adventure theme. Canvas: Portrait poster in a 3:4 ratio, cream aged-paper background with subtle speckles, black ink border lines, screen-printed comic/newspaper texture, warm retro colors. Top masthead: Huge black condensed serif newspaper title reading “THE VOLKOV EXPEDITION TIMES”. Beneath it, a peach ribbon banner with italic serif text reading “{edition_text}”. Below the ribbon, small centered newspaper line: “Wednesday, July 15, 2026 · Volkov Family Press · Print Edition No. 1”. Main illustration: A framed comic-style California road-trip scene. A cream vintage RV drives toward the viewer on a winding blacktop highway through a national-park landscape. The RV has orange and blue horizontal stripes, roof marker lights, large windshield, side windows, and a side door. Show exactly 4 explorers in the RV: 1 curly-haired child leaning out the rear side window waving, 1 blonde woman leaning out the side doorway/window waving, 1 dark-haired woman in the passenger seat holding an unfolded map, and 1 smiling bald man with glasses driving while wearing a tiny blue party hat marked “40”. Add a large orange “40” balloon/sign floating beside the RV near the redwood tree. Scenery details: Include a glowing sunset with radiating sunbeams behind mountains, pine forest, a blue lake, grey granite cliffs, a waterfall, giant redwood trees on the right, and a distant red Golden Gate Bridge on the left. The road curves from the left background to the right foreground with yellow center lines. In the lower left foreground, include an ocean wave with exactly 1 cheerful sea otter wearing a tiny party hat and raising one paw. In the lower right foreground, include exactly 1 small white toy-like airplane on the road shoulder. Bottom typography: Under the illustration, add a huge bold black headline reading “{destination_headline}”. Beneath it, add a bold subheadline reading “{trip_stats}”. At the very bottom, inside a thin peach footer box, add small serif text reading “{footer_text}”. Visual style: Hand-drawn editorial illustration with clean black outlines, halftone shading, slightly imperfect print registration, retro travel-poster colors, cheerful family-friendly tone. Keep the composition centered, symmetrical, and highly legible. Do not add extra people, extra animals, watermarks, logos, or unrelated text.
