## Prompt

```text
Ultra-realistic surreal conceptual portrait of a flawless {skin_color} female face with closed eyes and pale white lips, centered in a perfectly symmetrical composition. Multiple vivid {hand_color} human hands emerge from behind and around the head, gently yet firmly covering the eyes, forehead, cheeks, jawline, and neck, creating an artistic illusion of being surrounded by hands. The hands feature ultra-detailed skin texture, realistic fingernails, soft wrinkles, and lifelike anatomy. Smooth sculptural facial features with flawless skin, minimalistic expression, and no visible hair. Soft diffused cinematic studio lighting, high contrast between the white face and deep red hands, subtle ambient shadows, premium editorial fine art photography, monochromatic gray gradient background, luxury gallery aesthetic, surreal symbolism, hyper-realistic 3D rendering, extreme detail, ultra sharp focus, perfect symmetry, depth of field, volumetric lighting, Octane Render, Unreal Engine, 8K, HDR, masterpiece, museum-quality contemporary surrealism.
