## Prompt

```text
At the location with latitude {latitude} and longitude {longitude}, the "Kanji of the Year," which captures the social conditions of the year, is announced every December 12th (Kanji Day). Please create the single character you think it should be. Make it look as if the chief priest of Kiyomizu Temple is holding the event at this location. Please replicate the layout commonly broadcast on television and in the news. Utilize the 9:16 aspect ratio fully, and create the image that we always see on TV news, featuring a kanji character that makes us think, 'Yes, that is definitely the character for this year.'
```
