## Prompt

```text
Subject:
{subject}
Main Character:
A {age} is kneeling on a bed in a bright bedroom, stretching her upper body gracefully. The person occupies a large part of the center of the screen, and her arms stretched overhead and the lines of her legs spread to the left and right fit within the vertical frame. Floating her hips above the white bedding, the natural curves of her torso and her thin waistline are clearly visible.
Person & Expression:
Light ivory beige skin with faint pink blood color and natural texture. Delicate highlights on cheeks, tip of nose, shoulders, and collarbone. Pale rose pink blush, champagne beige and pink brown eye makeup, thin long eyelashes, natural tear bags, soft brown eyebrows, and clear pink beige lips. Mouth slightly open, turning a calm and sleepy gaze toward the camera. {hair_color} medium-long hair. Thin see-through bangs and layers around the face, hair ends loosely curled inward, flowing naturally to shoulders and back.
Clothing & Pose:
White-based, short room wear layered with very thin chiffon and soft gauze. Half sleeves are slightly translucent, with thin ruffles at the collar and hem, and a small light blue ribbon and faint plant pattern on the chest. The fabric caught in backlighting is softly translucent, but the chest and waist are elegantly covered with thin matching lining to avoid explicit skin exposure. The hem ends slightly below the base of the legs. Both arms stretched high overhead, wrists bent inward, and fingertips slightly open. Right knee in the lower right of the screen, left leg extending to the left, slightly arching the waist and placing center of gravity on both knees.
Background & Light:
A quiet bedroom based on light wood grain and white, with a large window in a wooden frame. White duvet and light blue small flower pattern blanket in the foreground, person in the middle ground, thin curtains, foliage plants, wooden wainscoting, small photos, and daily sundries in the background. Strong warm morning sun enters diagonally from behind from the window, brightly translucently illuminating arms, hair, shoulders, and edges of clothing. Soft reflected light from the white bedding hits the face, and the person's shadow is cast faintly to the lower left of the screen. Background text is blurred to an unreadable degree.
Composition & Camera:
Vertical 3:4. Eye level looking down slightly from the bedside, slight Dutch angle. Full body from above the knees to the fingertips overhead, with the face placed slightly above the center of the screen. A small amount of white space above the head, leaving wide soft folds of bedding at the bottom of the screen. Natural perspective equivalent to 35-50mm. Focus on face and upper body, gently blurring the background.
Texture & Style:
Japanese-style portrait photography utilizing natural light. Bright high-key tone, low contrast, warm cream and light blue color scheme. Skin is not excessively polished, leaving fine peach fuzz and natural shadows. Carefully depicts the fibers of the translucent cloth, wrinkles in the bedding, and thin highlights on each strand of hair. Soft film grain and a clean magazine photo finish.
