Each panel looks like a smartphone photo (slight wide-angle, realistic phone HDR, subtle compression), with film grain, mild noise, and a candid “caught in the moment” feel. Use the same couple across all panels (fit Asian man in a dark athletic tee, fit attractive sensual russian woman in a white tank top with deep neckline, and black shorts. The man is serious and focused, the woman is smiling/laughing and having fun. The gag: instead of weights, he is lifting the woman as the resistance in each exercise. Keep it athletic, playful, and believable. Panel layout & actions (2x2): Top-left: Bench press — man on flat bench pressing the woman horizontally above his chest like a barbell; stable alignment, realistic form. Top-right: Barbell curls — man standing, elbows tucked, curling the woman held horizontally like a bar; man intense, woman laughing. Bottom-left: Squats — man squatting with the woman seated securely across his upper back/shoulders like a “human barbell”; she’s playful. Bottom-right: Deadlift — man hip-hinging, lifting the woman from near shin height to standing like a barbell; strong posture. Text labels (add to each panel): Add a clean movement name title inside each panel, placed top-left with consistent styling: “BENCH PRESS” (top-left panel) “BARBELL CURLS” (top-right panel) “SQUAT” (bottom-left panel) “DEADLIFT” (bottom-right panel) Typography: bold condensed sans-serif, all caps, white text with a subtle black shadow or semi-transparent dark backing strip for readability; small and unobtrusive, no logos, no extra text. Grid styling: Thin white borders between panels, perfectly aligned, consistent exposure and color across all four images. Aspect ratio: 4:5 (single image containing the 2x2 grid) Negative prompt: blurry, low-res, cartoon, CGI look, extra limbs, distorted anatomy, unsafe positions, injury, awkward bending, warped faces, duplicate people, misspelled titles, random extra words, watermark, brand logos, heavy motion blur, extreme fisheye, overexposed highlights, messy clutter, fetishy framing, exaggerated body proportions ``` ## About A complex prompt for Nano Banana Pro to create a photorealistic 2x2 grid collage of a couple in a modern gym.
